The event was great, it was lovely to speak directly to the consumer and connect with other providers.
The event was very successful for us (Service NSW) - we were able to reach many ageing community members and let them know of the support services available from NSW Government. During the event we booked 25 appointments for customers to come in and see us about what rebates and savings they might be able to access and assist to reduce cost of living.
